I've played through the arts all my life. Out of high school, thinking there was no money in drawing/painting, I took on music, playing in bands for 5+ years. I started recording my own songs during that time, and had a fondness for engineering and producing more than playing/performing, so I joined a touring band as their engineer/tech. That's when I realized I didn't enjoy touring. A couple years later, I settled down and started my own small recording studio. I helped local bands get their start with a good demo, but it never went any further.
In my off time I got into 3D modeling, as computers were now getting powerful enough to do such in home. I got a few jobs rendering animated shows and movies, but nothing that got national or international notice. I soon burnt out on that (not a job for one person, IMO), and had been collecintg Olivia art for a while, so I figured I'd see if I could still paint. What you see here on this site is a large sampling of the decade's worth of art I created. Sadly, I started to realize I wasn't enjoying it any longer (if I ever really had). I had become a machine, popping out new pieces every 2 weeks (or less). So I took a break to find my passion, and well it's been 4 years as of this writing, and I have yet to find it.
